Cross Entity Searches
If you select the same entity again, a message displays:
"XXXXX has already been selected; do you want to select it again for a cross entity search":
An example of this would be patients with a fracture that may be classified as a low impact “fragility” fracture, however, there is no fragility fracture clinical term recorded:
Right click to select the entity you wish to exclude, choose Options and tick Exclude.
